  • Boulders – 2 1/2 to 3 years (PALs class)
  • Rockies – 3 to 4 years (PALs class)
  • Little Tumblers – 4 to 5 years old. Introduction to gymnastics skills including basic jumps, rolls, cartwheels, bridges, and basic familiarity with beam, bars and vault.
  • Level 1/2 – K-2nd grade; K-5th grade. Beginning gymnastics with continued work on basic skills including rolls, handstands, basic jumps and leaps, and continued basic apparatus training.
  • Level 3/4 – all ages; Level 3 –Beginning gymnastics introducing walk-overs, handsprings and combination tumbling. Glide swing, casts and continued circle skills on bars. Introduction to the handspring on vault and continued instruction on beam. Level 4 Pre-Team – continuation of basic jumps, handstands working towards cartwheels on beam. Glide kips and front hip circles and tap swings on bars. Vault front handsprings and round off backhandsprings on floor.
  • Jungle Jim – 5 to 8 years old. For boys only. Concentration on tumbling and flexibility with introduction to bars and vault skills. Overall strength and conditioning training.
  • Dyna Mite – 9 to 15 years old. For boys only. Concentration on tumbling and flexibility with introduction to bars and vault skills. Overall strength and conditioning training.
  • Team Training. Schedule your team to work with one of our qualified instructors.

Please pull hair back and remove all jewelry. No jeans or pants with zippers or buttons. Please remember to bring a water bottle! Proper clothing consists of tight athletic wear: leotards and stretch pants or tights. Please avoid loose clothing, such as skirts, for safety reasons. No shoes should be worn in gymnastics classes.
